Booking and cancellation policies
You can contact us directly by phone or by e-mail and check out to enquiry for special commercial events and business bookings discounts and rates.
1. All prices quoted include VAT.
2. In general, the total amount of your booking will be paid on the day of your arrival to the hotel. The credit card required is the guarantor of your reservation.
3. Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time: from 13:00 p.m.
Check-out time: until 12:00 p.m.4. Personal data are treated securely and under application of the Data Protection Act (Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data).
5. Cancellations or modifications.
If cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In high season period, the deadline for cancellation without being charged is up to 3 days before the date of arrival.
After your arrival, if you wish to make an early departure before your reserved departure date or modify the contracted services, you will be obliged to pay the remainder of the entire stay engaged in your reservation.

Some dates may require a minimum night stay.
6. Children or third person in the same room:
Children under 5 years old: free, sharing existing bed in the room, accommodation only. You can also hire an extra bed for extra comfort (seasonal rate)
Children over 5 years and adults: extra bed in a double room (price depending on season). It is mandatory to hire it.
7. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro and 4B.
8. The CLIENT is subject to Spanish law and jurisdiction of the local courts of Malaga, shall be made in accordance with the Law of Tourism of Andalusia.
